Was having major problems with my computer. Was able to have it up and working in less that 3 hours. Took the time to explain everything he did and returned to me the "broken" part. Even took the time to make sure that I understood the restart up and texted me support after I was at home.

He was great to coordinate appointments with too! Unlike some storefront computer service company, he really cares about my computer and it running the best it can for me, and he knows exactly how to get it that way.
I highly recommend going to Mike!
